New Generators - Random, and Picker

Random lets you generate a palette by specifying the R, G, and B (Alpha coming soon) ranges. It uses those ranges to generate random values for each color which are then inserted into a new palette.

Picker lets you load in an image then click to sample its colors at the position of the cursor. Sampled colors are added to a preview on the right, and right-clicking on a sample will remove it. A new palette is created from the sampled colors.
