Experimental Feature: Extract palette via URL

Now it is possible to extract the colors of an image directly from a URL.

Make sure the URL you provide ends with the file extension e.g. https://bruceelgort.files.wordpress.com/2013/07/ios7colors.png

Also the extraction code was fixed so the colors should be extracted from left to right instead of top to bottom.
